National Manager Rallies

Every year (except 2020), Little Caesars hosts an awards ceremony in Las Vegas for top-performing store managers, with a unique theme tailored to the brand. In 2018, the theme was 00Caesar, inspired by James Bond, followed by The Greatest Caesarman in 2019, influenced by "The Greatest Showman."

After supporting the event in my first two years at Little Caesars, I took on a key role in the conceptualization, planning, production, and management in my final two years. I led storyboarding, production, and all copy creation, including taglines, headers, scripts, and speeches for the event.

Email Campaigns

Ahead of the event, I worked closely with my team to craft teaser emails that subtly hinted at the event's theme, building anticipation before its official reveal in the formal invitation. I was responsible for conceptualizing the imagery, writing each engaging tagline, and drafting the email communications. My talented graphic design colleagues then brought the concepts to life with their visual execution.

Short Films & Stage Shows

To enhance the awards show, I wrote, produced, and directed a series of short films that advanced the storyline alongside the stage performances. With casts featuring familiar corporate colleagues, the films deepened audience engagement and were met with laughter and enthusiasm, leaving a lasting impact on the events.
